Is the post office stealing my prizes?

As I mentioned in an earlier post, I am a FedEx driver.. I get paid very well and have great benefits. I can guarantee you there is nothing in the back of my truck worth stealing and losing my job over... I know there are alot of other mail handlers and delivery people that have a bad attitude about their jobs, and probably think they are owed your stuff in some messed up way... its sad Plus if you win alot, don't tell your mail and delivery people what you got or that you are a sweeper. Keep it a secret..

I wonder about this too. A couple weeks ago I got a slip that there was a package for me to pick up. When I went to get it the postlady working the counter said she couldn't find it. She told me to come back the next day and I did, then they said it must have been a mistake. I've also gotten letters that were already sliced open on top. And it seems a lot of my mail gets 'lost' There's this one lady too that will grill me or my daughter when we go pick up a package what's in it? what's that for? I think it's totally unprofessional for her working at the post office to be doing that, makes me wonder what she's up to.
That's the type of behavior that should be reported to the Postmaster unless of course she is the Postmaster! That borders on harassment and is totally none of her business. You can bet that if she is questioning you that she is also questioning others. She really has too much time on her hands.

Sorry to hear all bad stories but my mailman/fed.ex man/ups man/ are all so wonderful, they even hide small or big packages for me. They know I work hard for all those prizes!

If you are referring to those over paid under-worked government employees, the answer is YES! They stole or should I say "borrowed" my gas credit card and had a good time in Dallas. Yup keep an eye out on those card expiration dates or you will be taken advantage by those "supplementing their income/lifestyle" on the side. :cussing:

Not wanting to make anyone angry, but I sure hope those accusing the mailman/woman of theft have proof. Otherwise you are setting yourself up for a lawsuit. Chances of the accusations getting back to someone are slim to none,so it probably wouldn't come to that, but I don't think it is right to accuse without proof.

LOL! Good one! I never thought of that....I might have thought briefly that the mail lady took one. (J/K) :crazytongue:
