Isis Fall Wadrobe Makeover $500

This is my very first win! I got an email from the director of marketing letting me know that I won their $500 fall makeover sweeps. I replied to the email as she asked on Monday but have not heard back from her. Should I follow up and make sure she received my email? Like I said this is my first win so I dont really know the etiquette.

I would give it a couple of days then send a followup.
Sometimes that happens. But congrats! Thats a great win!

I would definitely send a follow up. I sent an email confirmation back when I won almost $300 worth of skincare fro Lucky magazine. I waited and didn't hear anything back and nothing ever arrived in the mail. I sent another email and they said "sorry, but we never heard from you". So lesson learned...I will always ask them for a confirmation of my email or do a follow up email/call. Too many things can happen between computer glitches, spam folders, etc.
