HI again All,

Okay IT'S OFFICIAL! I teased everyone a couple of weeks ago about my latest grand prize win, but wanted to wait to post the details until I got the official "okay" :D

I'm the grand prize winner of the Blackberry Sports challenge. Here are the details of the prize:

Sweepstakes Prize: One (1) trip for four (4) for winner plus three (3) guests to a 2010 NBA Basketball Game. Prize consists of round-trip coach air transportation for four (4) from a major airport nearest the winner’s home within the U.S. (airport, destination, carrier and airline ticket class selected at the sole discretion of Sponsors), two (2) double occupancy standard accommodation rooms for four (4) nights (accommodation to be selected at the sole discretion of Sponsors;), one (1) $1,000.00 USD Gift Certificate for an online sporting goods store, four (4) tickets (or, at Sponsors’ discretion, a check to purchase 4 tickets) to a basketball game (the “Event”) (exact game and ticket level to be selected at the sole discretion of Sponsors), $2,000.00 USD spending money (awarded as a check) for the winner only and ground transportation from the destination airport to the hotel, and to and from the hotel and Event. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Sweepstakes Prize is $14,300.00 USD (gotta love the money part of the win too!!!)

The funny thing is, you could supposedly enter up to like 20 times a day with different methods, but I only entered once a day. YIpeee, I hope they throw a free Blackberry in too.. I can hope.. :)

I'm taking my fiance, my 16-year old son, and my son's best friend (they sent me a special release form for his parents to fill out). We don't know the dates/location yet, as they won't know until it's closer to the date, but I think it's because it will be a playoff game or something.

Anyway, woo hooo and yipeee, we're excited! Thanks Blackberry and a big thanks to SA!!! You know I love you baby! :D

glad to hear that they are sending out SOMETHING...I had won a phone and had lost hope that it would ever happen. Still wait for it to arrive. called who I thought was the sponsor that was listed at the bottom of the confirmation email and was told they knew nothing of the contest let alone my prize. Still holding my breath from this summer contest, hope it works out for both of us - keep the site posted, Thanks, Mgush107

huh? ha I know mine is real as I've been talking with the representative several times a week since I won. I've gotten the affidavit, release forms, etc. It's official. I'm sorry you haven't gotten your phone, perhaps you called the wrong number? Best of luck on getting your phone.

Thanks to everyone else for the good wishes. We're excited, and it will be fun to find out where/when we're going. It's definitely next year, as it says in the rules 2010 NBA game, so we're fine with that. Much love and many big wins to all, Sharon
