If there is a good one I will go there. I started looking for one a few days ago and I will check out a few more. I admit it that it was just not politics for me. Part of it was that I knew some of the people there and that I juat feel very strong about what I believe in. I really didn't go to cause drama because for the most part I was discussing the election. It just seemed every time I posted they were all over me. It's just if you have a different opinion they will insult you and some of them can get away with it but not me. I mean every little thing I did if it wasn't the right way of quoting one mod in particular was right there to remind me. They were just waiting for me to screw up. All this was from the begining when they had no idea who I was.
I am not defending myself because I agree I also went back for the entertainment value and there are a lot more posters there. I also knew that there were some people who supported the same guy I did. I think that site has some major problems because there is just no moderation so to speak that doesn't go but only one way. In other words there is deffinately favortism.

cin, I say let sleeping dogs lie. I don't get the entertainment value but whatever. I also feel very strongly about what I believe in(or what I don't believe, for that matter)but I don't see the purpose in arguing about it on a sweeps board. Like Pam said, going back over there isn't going to do you any good and enables them to keep doing what they're doing...which is behavior you do not like anyway. Not to mention it brings the board much unwanted drama.
Yup - they float the idea that the "wolves" have returned every time something goes wrong there :nono:
Like I would bother when SA has all the TOOLS I asked for years ago and members that are actually helpful without being snide - idjits, the lot of them :laughing:
Well I can tell you Amy I don't know much about any of that wof stuff because all that happened before I even joined the place in the first place. I think if they want to put any focus on any so called wolves that should be themselves. Because a certain bunch of flying monkeys sure acted like wolves with me. Just like a pack ready to devour me. I joined once and never got an answer as to why I was banned. I didn't go back for at least 6 months. I spent my whole time in the pol. forum and would still be there now discussing the election.
There are some great people there and it's a shame that a few bad apples can ruin things for the normal people. I didn't enter one sweep from there because I didn't need to I get them free here.
So to anyone who thinks my going there had anything to do with anyone else here it did not. Just me by myself talking politics and that was my main reason for going back.

His site was like the rat infested motels that was your home and you had many dear friends there. Time to move on up to a deluxe apartment in the sky with concierge, no bugs, and a friendly staff who will not have cameras in your bathroom, bedroom and kitchen.
I got me a deluxe home here and will not go back to the dump ever again. Lost lots of friends but I rather have people who will work with me and around my quirks. Ken has done that but not some sites. I am happy here so I am not going to the slums.

Cin - I was just responding to sweepy - I see that you went there for yourself, to connect with friends.
I was just agreeing with sweepy that contrary to what they think there, most of us don't have any desire to go back :crazytongue:

I was there almost 2 years, and had made numerous "friends" - or so I thought, since most of them believed that I was a troll from what was said about me - all without bothering to "talk" to me about it. :nono:
More than anything else, having people I had personally stood up for/helped out/got to know go and turn their back on me like that just showed me that those were people I didn't want to associate with anyway - that's why I have NO desire to go back there!!!
But you know what? I'm actually glad it all happened, because I found out who were my REAL friends, and I came to SA and found all the sweeps tools we'd been asking for (as far as I know, they are still asking for them? :scratch

With friends like some of those who needs enemies :laughing: I pretty much explained my experience accept I just couldn't figure out from the begining why I was being attacked for just stating my opinions. I never was disrespectful to anyone. What I finally figured out is they thought I was someone else. I joined right after that big banning and that just made me look suspicious because I had the same beliefs as the ones who got banned.You know what I can't figure is why are they all so paranoid? Oh well like I said I may still have another username over there just for the fun of it. :laughing: That may keep them busy for awhile.
Oh and I did find another pol. forum and not PBH because I checked over there one time and too many of them were there.

Most of the members there are fine, but the site is run by a reclusive, whackadoodle stalker. The sweeps here are the same, the features are better, and many other sites will tolerate your "views" without banning you.

I never had any dealings with the owner because he never returned any of my PM'S. As for why well I explained why for me and another reason is that it's familliar. I can also still chat with friends through PM so one more reason to go back.
Idon't enter sweeps because I have all I need here for free.
I just wish I knew why they are so darned paranoid and why only a certain group are so busy making anyone's lives so misserable. What's in it for them? Free membership for life I guess :laughing:
Speaking of life I've got that wanted poster out so I better be on the run lol.

BAR is in the past. None of them so called friends hung with me more than a couple months except Chickee and then she was gone. I have no true friends from his site. Nobody cares about me there and few anywhere else except the howrse sim's chat and maybe here and the disney pair of sites. I learned from there that people love you until they can get no more entertainment from you.
I will be at the convention and KNOW that nobody from my sweeping life will be there and if they are then they arent going to look for me. I am the bloodhound alone under the chat porch happy and knowing who I really can go to when like stinks.

Well I would love to get to know you and sad thing is I live right here in Houston. I'd love to go to that convention but never could find a ride.
