Im so %#(%*# mad right now. Stupid Itunes. I did the latest update for Itunes and it screwed everything up. It wouldnt open Itunes. kept getting audio configuration error. told to unitstall quicktime and then reinstall. I did that. Now it wont sync my freaking songs. WTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
669 songs in my library it wont sync but 350. and most of those are songs I have unchecked. WTH. thats backwards. It shouldnt be syncing those at all. If I try to do it manually It still wont put the songs on my ipod. They are checked why are the not going into my ipod. Im so mad right now. I knew I shouldnt have done the update. 9 times outta 10 it screws something up. Now no linkin park, half my breaking benjamin, AFI, my chemical romance, theory of a deadman, disturbed. .etc. ... cant get on my ipod. what a crock.

I sent an email to itunes. This sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

anyone else ever had this problem

I just went through my library and unchecked everything. now they are back. That doesnt make any sense. anyway, its back and im once again jamming. still pi**** off though. imagine that.

I started having the same problem transferring my Roboform passcards to my Robo2Go USB. I haven't had time to fix it, but I know the problem developed at my end not at Robo's; but they are very good with their willingness to help. It didn't develope from the upgrades either. Looking at it in the program files, I can see I slipped up on something.

If anyone can figure out a problem with robo and fix it you can. you are the robo master. hope ya get it fixed soon.

I have heard of people having trouble with the updates...I never do them anymore because of it.

Do you have your songs burned to a master disk in case it loses the whole thing? I've started on mine before and then my session timed out :cussing: ~ I only ended up getting about 1/3 of them burned to a CD. I've got to try it again. I might go to my nieces since her computer is faster. I hate dial-up!

I haven't had the time to tinker with it, but it's doing the same thing that you're trying to do with iTunes. If starts going through the list of passcards, it syncs so many, and then the rest get a configuration error. From what I can see I must have inadvertently messed something up in my "Admin" folder. It's got old dupes in a sub-folder which shouldn't be there! :error: The Roboform people are great though, so I know they will give me a hand with this problem when I get the time. Hopefully, the iTunes people are just as helpful; but I have a strange feeling they're not going to be. Not many people are willing to help you with a problem when it originates from your own computer.

I haven't had any problems with their updates; but you have to remember, probably most people are not good (or just don't know how) in keeping their computers cleaned out, in good running condition, and keeping programs up-to-date. Usually, when the computer isn't up to par that's when problems are encountered with downloads, etc.
