I am guessing it was this contest, it was not stated.

I will buy a $100 Visa with the $100 Publix Card. I have done this a few times before. Knock on wood this time.
But you can buy other gift cards as well. Give it a shot, But sometimes there is a activation fee. Heads Up

But when I do that I have more buying power. I can pay bills, get gas, go to the movies, and get some groceries.
 
Interesting - I avoid promos that are not for local stores that give out their store card - didn't know this was even possible!

Publix, is an employee-owned, American supermarket chain based in Lakeland, Florida

Publix operates throughout the Southeast, with locations in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, Tennessee, North Carolina and have plans to expand to Virginia in 2017

I live in Florida so we have Publix everywhere, so I can walk in and pick out my gift cards. I do it in person.
