Kroger IW

I won 2 days ago a Crystal Light drink mix but when I went to get it on my kroger plus card the store wouldn't accept it-even the manager had 'won' something and it went thru but not mine..bummer..I complained to kroger.com already see if they can fix the problem-congrats on your win-love the food wins
