Received this today in my Spam folder. No more Lampsplus entries for me. I'm assuming Open Box Dept is returns, defects or items not selling. Be careful with this one.

Congratulations on getting the win! Several members including myself have won this prize in the last several months. I don't have any complaints and haven't seen any from anyone else. I'm not sure why we would need to be careful about getting something for free or nearly free.

Mine was construction - I about drove DH nuts when I'd point out things like the badly laid block walls in our barracks in Bermuda, lol!!!

But I do hear you - people who start sweeping thinking it's an entirely free lunch scenario are soon brought down to earth when they realize sponsors use their marketing budget for promos, but for the same result - promoting their product/service!

Yes I am new and no I'm not looking for a free lunch. I'd be happy to win boxtops for my children's schools. Many sweepers won 2nd prize for the same contest today and seem quite happy about it. That's great. I guess I have a different take on this.
