There should be a phone number to call. Perhaps none is needed. You can always just try using it.

Took a gander at the sweepstakes rules and shot off an email to
[email protected] requesting the
code. If that doesn't work I suspect they will be mailing the code
to us directly....Fingers Crossed!

Sent two emails which were undeliverable! Lets hope they mail the codes to
us!

Just a thought, occasionally when I've received visa cards from sweeps the pin was the last 4 digits of my phone number.

I got one as well. You don't need activation code - just go online and put in card # and security code on back and card value will appear.
Don't try to use it online though, I made that mistake but then went to Walmart and it worked fine.
