I just got a phone call...at the mall the other day, I drove my mom nuts wanting to enter some of the local giveaways by the companies with the booths set up...I won 1st prize at one of them, $100 gift card to the mall (and he said he thinks it can be used anywhere as a credit/debit card, not just the mall). I'm thrilled...I'd recently gotten a ticket and was so frustrated at losing that money, especially when money is tight, but this almost makes up for it. (value-wise). Hoping my luck continues and I can win a laptop, iPad or Kindle, they are at the top of my Christmas wish list.
