lost a win?

i won a t-shirt from the holiday inn express game today is the last day.but here is the problem,they gave me no promo code that saids is needed to process my order or i closed it to fast to get the code.what do i do now?thanks kandy
 
I hate to say this Julychild about a sweepstake but that T-Shirt that you won,Im using mine for a rag because its so thin that you can see though it.My son and hubby laugh when I got that one,and they said there not wearing it.LOL

Did you try contacting them through the links on their contest pages? I had a problem using the code, and I received a reply from customer service and a follow-up also. In the end, it was resolved favorably and I was able to input the code and received the T-shirt.

Try customer service, and good luck.
 
I would call customer service and let them know your problem, if you won then they should have it on file.
 
I've had to contact the sponsor/company a couple times and have been able to get my prize or conf email. I always document the time and date of my wins & give them my login and all other pertinent info...and believe it or not they've always responded rather quickly.
 
I had that problem and I wrote them a letter they apologized and sent me a code but someone had that problem and sent them an email the address they used was info.spreadshirt.com and they cleared it up.

congrats,, I am sure they will fix they are usually pretty good about stuff like that, and as everyone has said, they are thin, I ordered my larger then I normally wear, and wear it over a long sleeved shirt when it is cool out,. :sunny:
