Lost my prize

So at 4:07 am I received a winning email from Spin Summer Flavor instant win. It gave me one hour to claim my prize. I did not see it until 5:30 am. How unfair it is to deliver a winner an email overnight and only giving them an hour to respond. I clicked on the link anyways and it said expired. I am truly disappointed.
