Got email to say I had won $50 gift card and to look out for email with claim instructions. That was beginning of last week and not got anything? Any suggestions please

If it doesn't say when you are going to receive it, you can sometimes check the rules to see if it lists the time frame. Some sweepstakes wait until the entire sweepstakes is over to send out prizes or a claim form in an email. Or it might take a couple of weeks. I keep a book where I record my wins, dated when I won and then when I received my prize. That way when I see that a prize has not come in quite awhile I can reach out to the company and see what happened. Hopefully this was helpful, lol.

Patience lol . I have had some take as long as 2 months to receive. Some don’t pay out until 6-8 weeks after the contest. Drives me nuts too
