I use windows paint program to take a screenshot, then edit out and save (to my desktop) the part of the image I want to keep. Then I upload it to photobucket.com. Someone here recommended them to me awhile ago and it works fine. You can get a free account from them. After uploading it to photobucket, you'll find an image code you can copy and paste into your 'winner's circle' post here. Just hit the preview button to make sure it's what you want, if not try it again. You'll get the hang of it!

I use a program called "Snag IT" to capture what I want on the screen.
