Back in sept. i won a $25 code on the Macys backstage pass mobile instant win. I never received the code. I contacted them, they said they would look into it. They said my mobile number never won. the lady said she personally tried my mobile number and she was able to play the game , so i wouldn't be receiving my prize, I tried to play again, and it won't let me play because it says i have already won. I'm going to forget about getting my prize, but it was just frustrating, because i made a couple of phone calls to get it resolved. and i can't play anymore because it says i already won.
I have been sweeping for over 6 years and this will be the first time i won't be getting a prize.
