Macy's Instant win problem

This is the 2nd day in a row that I am having a problem with the Macy's instant win. There is nothing to enter when the page opens up. There is no place to enter information, or submit button. Though originally I tried to enter before 24hrs. , but, today I got the same thing? Any ideas? Thanks.
 
Same problem for me. It only has a Facebook button and although I don't have a FB account, I pressed the button anyway and nothing happens. I tried the free entry address from the Rules and it only brings me back to the same page, even pasting into my browser doesn't work.
 
I am having the same problem. I went to the rules and clicked on the link to enter without a fancy phone and it just takes me back to where I started.
 
You have to have Facebook in order to enter through the free entry link and have your pop up blocker turned off. When you click the Facebook link a pop up box will come up for you to sign in to Facebook (if you're not already signed in) then the box will ask your permission to access your Facebook acct. information (this is how they get your name/address ect.)
 
Is that something new, because I've been entering without a facebook account since it started. I guess I won't be entering this one anymore. :cry:

So you've been able to enter in the past without a Facebook account??? Myself, I've always entered through Facebook and assumed it always required Facebook when I saw your question.

Unless something isn't working with this IWG, or they changed how to enter, I currently don't see any way to enter without Facebook.
 
I was entering without facebook until a couple of days ago. When I would click on the SA link the page would come up and there would be a place to enter. Now it just show that thing you are supposed to take a pic of with you fancy expensive phone (which I don't have). I will try the FB way since I do have a FB account.
 
The past few days I have been entering thru FB, then today it said I won! Didn't say what I won, and I have yet to receive a confirmation email, but now I don't need to enter anymore ... go figure, as soon as I figure it out I don't need it anymore :laughing:

YEP - I just posted this to the COMMENTS:

Be logged in to FB, click log in thru FB, then you'll get a Request for Permission popup you have to allow
