Has anyone else won anything from this? I won a crackle water bottle, but in my excitement I don't know if I had to click submit or anything or if it said it would automatically be sent to my address in 6-8 weeks.

Yah you're good, no forms or submit they'll send it to you're account address, congrats
 
your good to go. It happened to me the first time I won and I couldnt find a submit button and I thought I lost the prize but I didnt.
