And today I got my check for $1,000!!! :headbang:

PERFECT timing - just recently got hit with a $700 bill, lol!!! :crazytongue:

How did your affy arrive and also how do they send the check? Does it come via the USPS or did they send the check with fedex and signature required?

I got a fedex robocall with the tracking number, then fedex brought the affy - I was given a week {really 6 days} to return it, but I had no car to go get it notarized & mailed :crazytongue:

Then when I did have the car, the notary had left early, so I called DL Blair and they gave me an extension JIC the notary was gone again - he wasn't - then I got a 2nd fedex robocall with the tracking number for the confirmation that they got my affy, then the 3d call last night to let me know it would be here today!

And yes, signature required for all 3. :)

That's the only time {that I can recall} in 7 years of sweeping where I got a heads up that an affy was coming!!! :laughing:

Since the end of 2007, when DH didn't get a yearly bonus {just an extra regular paycheck but it helped!} and when they cut his pay so they could stay open, it's been wire tight around here! Good thing I'm not a girly girl, and my only vice is books - which I use my AMAZON code wins on!!! :crazytongue: :whistle: :laughing:
 
Thats a great prize cash allways comes in handy and you deserve it with all the free codes and UPC numbers you find, Take the extra $300.00 and buy yourself something nice AMY.

Oh well, look on the brightside. It's still a $300 net win - 'taint bad. Plus it'll keep the bill collectors away from your door! :headbang: :laughing:

It's a strange sweep. They verified my wife's age & she can enter, but I can't & I'm older than she is. For some reason they can't verify my age & I'm more than a few score years past 21. . . . . . AARGH!

curmudgeon - my guys are old enough too, but the hoops you have to jump through to sign up for tobacco sweeps are nuts!!! :cussing: :nono: :crazytongue:

I am looking at the bright side & am happy as a clam, since they raised our credit card interest {nevermind that we are never late & have an almost perfect credit score :cussing: } we really didn't want to use one on this bill!!! :whistle:
