was this your TicketManager login? I reached out to them yesterday because I had the same issue. I received an email back this morning that tickets will be sent 72 hours before the match. I got the tickets today at noon for the match on 6/25 at 6pm. They also provided this email to contact with any questions about the FIFA tickets [email protected].
 
I did the same thing! I had the tickets for the game in Philly Thrusday at 4:30. Awesome seats! They took the seats down to the wire. Thanks for following up.

Congratulations! I won two tickets ($1,000 each) to the Miami game, last minute they sent me $430 nosebleed tickets. I complained, after much back and forth they apologized and sent me a check for $2,000.
