Missed a delivery

Missed a delivery from Usps. It was certified from A&E. Thinking it may be the $50 gift card from Bonnie and Clyde. Got the winning screen but it froze before I could enter information. Has anyone else received theirs? Does it come certified?
 
This is the email I got:

Congrats to a fellow winner! I didn't get mine delivered today :( . I won twice but only got one email notice...anyone else?
 
Missed a certified letter from A&E as well. I also won the Bonnie & Clyde sweeps so I guess that's what it is.
 
I never received an email about winning but I got my gift card today from A&E Bonnie & Clyde, was home and able to sign for it. Congrates on your win and happy sweeping
