By entering the SWEEPSTAKES, all qualified submissions become eligible to win a prize. Out of all qualified submissions,

(9) winners per week (72 total “Weekly Winners”) will be selected on or about February 8, February 15, February 22, March 1, March 8, March 15, March 22 and March 29, 2019.
Additionally, there will be
(8) winners per month (“Monthly Winners”) who will be selected on or about March 1 and April 8, 2019
and
10) grand prize winners (“Grand Prize Winners”) who will be selected on or about April 8, 2019.

All winners will be selected randomly, in RCN’s sole discretion, among qualified submissions.

Weekly Winners are eligible to win a Monthly prize or the Grand Prize, but not eligible win another Weekly prize.

The prizes have no cash redemption value. Any federal and state taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.
For prizes above $600, winners will be required to complete FORM W-9 and/or 1099 for tax reporting purposes.
No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted, except at the sole discretion of RCN.
If any portion of a prize is unavailable, RCN reserves the right to substitute that portion of a prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
RCN shall use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver all prizes and shall retain all records related thereto.
