MP instant win & sweeps

My phone doesn't let me scratch it completely when I play, and the other day a price I was able to said congratulations and I kept trying to scratch it then the page ended up stopping -.- whenever you won did you have to fill out a form or receive an email from them by chance? I've wrote customer service twice and they never replied 😡
