Congrats! I feel like that too sometimes, until I realize I am very picky what prizes I want to win, which limits my success, but I feel that I save the "luck" for bigger prizes or practical things I really want! I do believe persistence is key tho, but its hard to stay motivated when you don't win much!!! Keep at it-your turn will come!!!
