How much time has passed since your name was posted? Sometimes it takes a while for prizes to be sent and received.
I am not familiar with the site you won from, but there are two things I can think of that you could try.
---Since you are already communicating with the person who posted your name as a winner, you could ask her for the sponsor's contact information so you could contact the sponsor directly to ask when you will receive the prize, if it has been sent, how it will be sent (US mail, Fedex, UPS, for example), or if the sponsor needs any further information in order to ship your prize.

---You could ask the person who posted your name as the winner if she could contact the sponsor on your behalf, and send you a cc of the email.
My name was posted by momtobedby8 But she said she didnt sponser the sweepstakes my name on the list saids winner laura j jenkins
I gave her my email address but nevered recieved confirmation that my prize was coming .pls help
