My new dream home-want to live with me?

I am always looking on this site at homes, I know I cannot buy one but, I love to look.

This is the style home I have always wanted, these are my dream homes (old plantation and victorian styles). The only thing I could see missing with this one is, I would like more land.

Very nice. So many places to just sit and relax. I'm a 'land over house' type of person though. I could live in a little cottage as long as I had 50 acres around me. I don't wanna hear/see/smell my neighbors.

Nice house, but I would not want to be responsible for cleaning it.

Its nice. A little too fancy for my taste though. I do really like the older homes. I hate new construction. Its soooo boring, no character.. yuck!.. I would love a hundred yr old house some day

Land was the problem I had with the house also. I do tell dh though that if I ever won the lotto, I would buy a modest home in the country or on the lake because, I don't need a large and fancy home. I love the styles but, I don't think I would live in such a big home. I enjoy looking at all of the houses on the site, there is another plantation home for I think it was around $160,000 but, no land.

I'm a city girl gone country and I don't want to go back to the big city and live. I love having my privacy and being able to do whatever I want without people on my case. We even talked about a manufactured home on a few acres of land, dh's wish is to have some hunting land.

ohhhh i love it miki... i think it is perfect and a home of that size and structured is welll worth the 400K.... i can't stop staring at this house... you have great taste girlyyy

:sunny: What a beautiful home! What a bargain price compared to real estate here and in California, especially when you consider all the antiques and furnishing are included.
