My new Fave Band~Maximum the hormone

I have to say that I did like that song! Even with the girl ~lol! I don't usually like a woman trying to rock either...but I did like that one!

Ooh! I think your oozing sap! :crazytongue: I bet you close the door and start crying too!!

Not since I started taking the little pills...

LMFAO!!!

Yeah, OK, so Lita sucked but she was good in that song. "Kiss me deadly" and all of the other crap was lame but I thought she was really good in that song.

And I ain't never cried over no song

And I ain't never cried over no song

This is no lie...before I got on my nerve pills we took the kids and went to Chuckie Cheese ~ happy happy joy joy...right!! Well, there was a birthday party going on and they started singing the birthday song to this kids..."Your a birthday star at Chuckie Cheese..." and I started bawling! Jimmie got SO mad at me! He was like, "It isn't even your kid!!!"

I was also crying at commericals, TV shows, and hard looks by that time though  :error:

I've been on them for years now...needless to say, the way things have been going the last few years it ain't looking good for getting off them anytime soon! Not if my kids want to have hair and my husband wants to have eyes!!!

ROFLMAO!!! I don't even know Jimmie or anything about him except the hot temper but I am picturing him saying that to you LMAO!! And I'm picturing you bawling too

What kind of pills are you on? Anti-depressants?

I was on Zoloft for 2 years before it started eating at my brain. I's an angry biatch  Found out I have a hormonal imbalance. Even though I had my tubes tied I take a birth control pill and it fixes me right up!

And Lidarkside, you're gangsta!

ETA: just as I was submitting, I read this:

Not if my kids want to have hair and my husband wants to have eyes!!!

I am SO LOL!! Hubby just asked what the hell is wrong with me!!

Yeah ~ the Chuckie Cheese thing was bad...one of my worse ~ now it is so funny to me. When I told my sister about it I thought she was gonna pee on herself!

I am on Effexor now...I was on Zoloft until it quit working for me! Oh, and Xanax when I go into a panic attack...but I haven't had one in a long, long time!

Wow!! I thought doctors didn't want people on those meds for too long!

They usually don't, but there have been so many things that have happened in my life that she knows not to take me off of them yet.

It has been almost a year since the last "major" upset ~ so maybe, just maybe we will start weaning off to see how I do. That is a scary thought for me though ~ I sure don't want to be back where I was!

Ping-for me it was a mix up. Instead of a chemical imbalance it was a hormonal imbalance. 2 babies, 2 bouts of post partum, different anti-depressants, no periods, unexplained weight gain, and chin acne, I diagnosed myself after much research and they FINALLY listened!

I didn't mention the anger in that bunch. That's a category all in itself.

The weening of the Zoloft was brutal torture but then again I had a middle eastern doc who had no bedside manner or empathy. He weened me in 2 weeks. Freaking piece of SH&*! I still had bad side effects 6 months later. I had to get ahold of myself and do it on my own. I wish I could mutilate him real good!

Effexor isn't a heavy-duty anti-depressant so you're doing good! It's supposed to be different in the sense it has less side effects. It IS scary, I know. But I also knew it was something more going on with my body cuz anti-Ds weren't "doing it."

Some people are on them long term in order to have a sense of "normalcy." Some just have to be. I would be a complete and utter ball of fury without my hormones being regulated.

Do what's good for you. You aren't a lesser person for making your mind, body, and spirit right

Well...I stayed off them for years because of Jimmie ~ even though he is probably one of the biggest reasons that I needed them ~lol! He just thinks you should be able to 'get over it'...no matter what the problems are. He doesn't understand that it isn't that you want to be this way it is that you can't control it! To him sickness is a weakness ~ not an illness! You can't be sick ~ noone is truly sick ~ go figure! Drives me nuts...thus the medicine!

The doctor is worried because I am on a strong dose...she is afraid that I am either going to have to go up or go off of it...but I really seem a lot better now than even 6 months ago! Just depends on the day!

We got to straighten you out! :crazytongue: Try this one on for size!

loved the music but I cant listen to ozzy... ex husband was a huge fan and it just causes flashbacks.

As for chick rockers here is the best one.

the new band paramore is pretty good also. crushcrushcrush rocks. love that song.

I just don't like the mix of a female voice mixed in with heavy metal, but that song isn't heavy metal. It falls into the category of thrash/speed, just out-of-control, metal. I don't like any of that music or any of the new bands. It's too all over the place and don't get me started on grunting! :crazytongue: How does grunting get into music!

We're going to see Poison, Dokken, and Sebastian Bach in July. Our son will be a year old then. This will be his first concert. Our 3 1/2-year-old daughter has been to more concerts (first one at four months old, and she slept through it) and met more people than most adults have in their lifetime! :headbang: Their ears get padded up heavily for these shows.

I love otep. They are on my pisse* off playlist. yes, I have one. gotta let it out sometimes ya know. If ya think the grunting is bad in confrontation you should hear some of their other songs. :headbang:

eighties flashback. Is sebastian Bach still doing Broadway? Is it going to be original members? I would love to see what George lynch looks like today. now there was a hot guitarist.

Thats cool you take the kids. The first concert I went to was fleetwood mac. remember some but not much. looong time ago
.

I speak both Mandarin and Thai (and a bit of cantonese) but really don't listen to much of it. Then again, I was born here.

Kinda funny to open my Asian mouth and have a Virginia twang in it. Freaks people out.

But I do like Rain from Korea... not his music as much as I think he's hot. lol
