Ha, I signed in to report the very same win! Same letter and everything! Have you been to their website yet? I couldn't make it go anywhere but the beds - never mind looking at the sheets or pet beds..... Hope they fix that soon, I'd like a new matress topper for my win!

I Guess runner up is a popular status I got same letter for the $400 gift card to be used toward a bed from them. Couldn't do any thing other than sign up for a free moneyback trial i will call her tomorrow
 
received same email..was excited for a minute..my notification says $400 can be used towards purchase of "sleep system" which leads me to believe that means mattress set ..its more like a 400$ discount :cry:
