Need Your Help Jason Mitchener - Obstacles Don't Get In His Way!

Jason is a free spirit trapped by a rare neuromuscular disease that now confines him to an electric wheelchair and requires him to use a ventilator to breathe. We are trying to drum up some interest in his application to the NASCAR Angels show in order to get his Wheelchair Van fixed.

that is really something , I hope he gets his van fixed, if not Na scar maybe we could start a collection, there are so many people on the web it would not take much for each person to give and there would be enough to get his van fixed. Just an idea, I posted acouple ideas on the commits of the story site, but may be no help at all. If anything I can do to help please let me know. I hate for someone who loves God so much to be left out in the cold when they need help. and he seems to be such a giving person. It is wonderful of you to try and help.

i read and commented. Is there any way/where to send a letter or email to this program directly. I don't know what type of stories typically do but this sounds very deserving and I'd like to throw my weight behind him
 
A remarkable fellow. Too bad that the NASCAR Angels won't be able to help him for the upcoming race season. I'm kind of surprised that his church or community won't help.
 
First off - thanks for the comment you left on the blog - super cool.

His church helps all they can - they were allowing him to be on their insurance.
They just don't have the funds.

Jason is a different and special kind of guy.
Hopefully, we will be able to do something to help.
 
:sunny: He sure does alot of great things. When I googled him, I noticed that he is a big fan of the Phoenix Suns. On their fan site he is the major contributor. That might be another route to go to help with the funds. I know how difficult this must be for him, as my own brother has MS and is wheelchair bound. Without a van, it really leaves them homebound and not as able to participate in the things that they love.
