:scratch: looks like today the wheel counter for plays is stuck and not counting anyone having that problem?
 
i have had this problem in the past and i contacted them. They quickly responded (very personally) that they'd look into it and then I never heard anything.

It has sometimes helped to log out and then back in but not always!
 
it seems to work and then it resets back I did get a message when I logged in earlier that they were doing maintenance, was just curious if it was at my end or there's :popcorn:

There's a discussion thread at this link.....thread is currently 101 pages. You can either read or post a problem you have with Netwinner. Michael (mjp65) is connected with Netwinner and is also a mod at this site (lottalottos), so he always addresses the problems promptly.

By playing on Netwinner you get points. You can use the points to get entries into drawings for larger prizes or you can elect to get a gift card. 25,000 points gets you a $25 giftcard. It's fun but can be time consuming to get all the points needed. I usually have it going in a seperate window/tab while I do my sweeps. I use the feature that picks the numbers automatically so I can do something else while it does that.

I have heard too that their fulfillment dept. can be a little slow. Thankfully I'm a very patient person!

*sigh* i think i'll stop playing soon. I've been waiting awhile for a giftcard. Probably only a couple months but I get the feeling i'll never see it.
 
I filed a complaint with the BBB. I doubt it will resolve the problem but I know that I often use tthe BBB to check the validity of sites/businesses/charities and so I feel good about contributing to it. And hopefully netwinner will get the message that it's members are very dissatisfied with their practices. I know I'm not necessarily "entitled" to anything but I feel very mislead and used. I've watched zillions of ads (and clicked on many too) while on their site. I know they have to be making money off those.
