Never recieved my prize from House Beautiful

I was a March Daily winner of a IMUSA prize courtesy of House Beautiful but never received my prized the email said 4-6 weeks it's been over 3 months now I've tried contacting the person that I was suppose to if I had any problems about my prize 10 tens but never got a response.

I sent you a PM to let you know I moved your post here. The admin wants us to keep the Winner's Circle only for posting wins.

I hope some members who also won will post helpful advice. It must be frustrating to contact the contact person 10 times with no response - let's see if there is a different route to take. I will look and see if I can find the rules and if there is any contact information there.

I had the same problem with Benjamin Moore Paints... email requests that went unanswered for a while so I went to their FB page and very nicely
sent a private message there and got an immediate response.
 
I had to go the Facebook route before as well... It did get answered within an hour... good luck
