Anyone have a quick and dirty explanation on how to do all of this. Do I just enter anything and everything id like to win? How will I know if I win?

Hi and welcome. I would enter as much as you can do without getting burnt out. I personally enter the NEW sweeps, instant wins, and the daily sweeps (which I keep organized in my bookmarks folders organized by when they expire) everyday.
When I first started back in 2006, it took me a month to win my first prize, a Gatorade bottle. I have won tons of stuff including 3 trips. The key is just to be consistent and have fun dreaming about what you can potentially win
As far as notifications of a win, the majority are through an email. But I have had phone calls and just being surprised by the mail, FedEx or ups. Hope this helps and good luck!

I've been at it for 30+ years. Wins come in spurts sometimes and then there are long dry spells sometimes. Just be consistent with your entries and it will all work out. Take a few seconds with each entry to dream a little. It will keep you energized.

I notice I always win when I think it might be time to take a break for awhile. And then I win a few good ones so I keep going

I seek out the prizes I truly want to win which these days are cash, food and gas gift cards! If you win you are usually notified by email so check your emails and SPAM folders daily. Follow the instructions so you don't miss out on something you really wanted. Good luck.
