First, congratulations on your first three wins!
Next, about the Chance to be Bad win - as you said, it is not mentioned in the rules, at least not clearly.
I checked the sweeps listing and site and it is legit, but the details about needing to take a test drive to receive your Motley Crue tickets is not mentioned anywhere that I can see. I copied and pasted the sweeps listing at SA, the rules link, and some portions of the rules.

I think you will need to ask questions and get answers from the person who contacted you about the win because, looking at the rules, I do not find answers. I find discrepancies.
The sweeps has not yet ended, "2. PROMOTION PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins April 17, 2014 at 09:00:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) and ends July 1, 2014 at 05:00:00 PM PDT (“Promotion Period”). The Web Site server’s clock is the official clock for this Sweepstakes."
It sounds like you won a runner-up prize, but one place in the rules says:
"6. GRAND PRIZE, FIRST PRIZE AND RUNNER-UP WINNERS NOTIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS: Potential prize winners will be notified by e-mail and/or phone at Sponsor’s discretion on or about August 2, 2014."
...but another place in the rules does not specify when runners-up will be notified - it just mentions GP and FP so it is possible that runners-up could be selected earlier, but the rules do not say it:
"5. DRAWING: Potential grand prize and first prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, on or about July 2, 2014 by an independent judging agency, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects."
Section 7, about Prizes, says this about Runner-Up prizes:
"Runner-up Prize (50): Ten (10) Runner-Up winners will each receive an autographed Fender guitar. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $400. Forty (40) Runner-Up winners will each receive two (2) tickets to a select Dodge presents Motley Crue- The Final Tour concert. Approximate Retail Value of prize (“ARV): Up to $150. Exact concert date will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and will be based proximity to winner’s address provided during registration. For tour dates and locations, please visit http://www.motley.com/tour/."
So, as you probably already know from the rules, things are not stated clearly. Hopefully the person who contacted you will be able to explain further and answer your questions.

crue tickets.
I got my tickets for Denver show. had to take a test drive. Not sure if it's one of the forty but it was through the chance to be bad promo. Alice cooper is the back up.

Congratulations!
Gifts for taking a test drive are common and sounds like yours is special. Just don't let them take your car keys and keep them. Ask for them back right away. Last time we took a test drive they kept ours for 1 1/2 hours and we had to yell at them to get them back. Oh, Joe has them he's taking your car for a test drive, he'll be back in a few minutes. Let's walk over here and look at this car. Then you forget about it and no keys.
