Not connected to site

If I leave my computer for any lenght of time, when I come back I get a page saying there is a maintence issue with the site, or that the site is down. I've done computer scans, diagnostic repair, called my cable company, and nothing seems to fix it. I do not have any new programs on my computer, the error message started out of the blue. The best message I get from IE is that there is an HTTP issue with the website I'm on (SA).

Can you help me figure out what I need to so to fix it?

If you put the exact phrase of the message that comes up into the search window of the search engine you use, you can usually find sites that explain the problem and help you work out the issue.
