Notified and confirmed winner...no follow up

Hi All!
I was notified by telephone 2 weeks ago that I was one of 5 $1000 winners of the "Steve Harvey ford sweepstakes And Not Or" giveaway. I answered a few questions over the phone and was told I would receive an email with an affidavit and W9 info. I have yet to receive it, I have left 3 messages with the Premiere Radio promotions director and emailed the Steve Harvey Show. I just want to know that they have the correct info (although I verified it on the phone) The caller ID when they called showed up as Premiere Radio Networks and the voice mail I have left messages on says it is the Steve Harvey Morning Show Promotions dept, so I dont thin it is a scam. Any ideas what I should do?
 
OK, do you still have the # they called from? The contact person {liaison} info?


I find FB helpful when other avenues fail - Try to contact them thru their site CONTACT US, and if that gets no result, try their FB page - FB is awesome because you can post {nicely} to their wall and {usually} get a good resolution - you'll probably have to comment under one of their posts, since most don't allow others to start convos, but give it a try, gl!!!
 
Thank you, yes I still have the contact info, but I keep just getting voice mail.. I have tried emailing through their page. I did just leave a comment on Facebook. Thanks for the response!
 
Tip - most sponsors have NO clue about promos, so calling them direct will mostly just lead to frustration. However, some will do a good job of squaring you away, but it will take time and patience!

I look for whomever is the JA {Judging Association} running the promo in the rules and contact them if the contact I've had goes bad, like yours did.

The FB tip is one way to get the sponsor aware of the failings of the JA they are using, and like I said, eventually you will probably get a good resolution, gl!!!
