You have potentially won an student membership to Film Independent! According to the official rules, this promotion is only open to people enrolled in a college or university at the time of entry.
Therefore, in order to claim the student membership to Film Independent that you potentially won, you will need to return proof of your enrollment in a college or university. The most likely method would be a school ID card. Please also include a fax cover page with your name and email.
To claim your prize, you must return proof of your enrollment within five (5) calendar days. You can either fax the proof to 248-336-5580, or you can mail it to: Fulfillment Services, ePrize, 1 ePrize Dr., Pleasant Ridge, MI 48069.
Once we have received and verified your proof of enrollment, you will receive a confirmation email and you will receive your prize in 8-10 weeks. It will be sent to the address you provided.
