i won the $25 gift code 5 days ago it said i would get it in 2 to 3 days.i called amway and they knew nothing about it after holding 25 minutes the lady came back and told me it was a legitament contest and when it ended and started which i had to tell her in the first place,i even had to tell her the contest was on facebook.i still have not recieved the code.does any body know what i can do now? i would appreciate any help i can get. kandy
 
This is the perfect situation when you can use facebook to your advantage. Post about it on their facebook wall and ask them about your $25 gift code. No company likes bad publicity so they will likely answer your post as soon as they read it. If they fail to reply within a couple days post it again until they answer. :wave:

to goodguy46947 thank you very much.i took your advice and posted on their wall for everyone to see.i was very polite but to the point.hopefully that will solve the problem. kandy
