To be able to award the 2 Apple Watches to you and your Dad, we need you to confirm receipt of this message, by email to , ASAP and within 3 days (otherwise we'll have to approach the next in line).
In your email, please include the following:
A mailing address where you want us to send the watches
Your mobile phone number
Written confirmation that it's you and your father who are photographed in your post
A model release form, signed by you AND your father, allowing us to use your names, the image and other materials you send us for commercial purposes:
A photocopy of your ID and your Dad's (to prove you're real people)
As soon as we get these materials, we'll proceed with making the award.
We'll call you to interview you on your moment, and what quality time means to you, so we can post a Winner post & blog which celebrates your victory.
For that post/blog, we'd like you to take a few pictures of yourself with your Dad, family and/or kids - and the O'Daddy app on your phone (available for free on the app store).
When you'll receive the watches, we'd be happy for more pictures/videos of you and your Dad with your new Apple Watches.
