I emailed them and this is the reply I got:

Please accept the coupon we have sent to you via the mail with my apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced. The coupon can be redeemed for any product in the Campbell family of brands including V8, Prego, Pace, and Pepperidge Farm.

Thing is I wonder if they are going to fix the contest as u should be able to win more than once based on the rules. If I won again I would feel wrong emailing them again if I could not print out a coupon.
 
Yea I know! I had the same problem...but it does say you can win once per day. They send the coupons very quickly. Glad it worked out for you!
 
Glad they are still sending out replacements. The first time I won, it would not print, so I emailed them and got the same response as you. I won a second time, and the coupon printed without any problem. So try to print, even if it did not work the first time.
 
Congratulations! They sent me 2 coupons for $2 off any product listed on the coupon, if spent correctly it could make the items free!
 
Same thing happened to me 2 times, I sent them email and they sent me coupons by mail one time, still waiting for the second one, I got no reply for it. But you can download the coupon if you try Fire Fox.
 
I won this free bottle of Pace about 5 days ago, the winning screen came on, but it wouldnt print the 'free bottle' coupon. I emailed them, I got the same reply you did. In the mail today was several coupons for $1.00 off their products, but no 'free product coupon'. I was rather disappointed...
 
I SENT THEM SOMETHING SIMILAR YESTERDAY I GOT 3 COUPONS ONE IS $2 OFF 1 PRODUCT THE OTHERS ARE $1 OFF 1
