Pace win question

Last night I was an instant winner of the Pace: HandPik & Win contest. I tried to print the coupon but couldn't do it. Is it my mouse, my PC, or has anyone else had the same problem? Thank you

At this point I have won 4 ($4) coupons from this sweeps. I could not print the first two with IE, so I switched to FireFox and was able to Print one coup. on the next win. I contacted them and they sent me one coup. They still owe me 2 coups. I have contacted them again, with no reply, and tried to print the last win with a message that said coupon limit exceeded. I can't find any win limit in the rules! Go Figure!!!!
