What did it say because I got one too- if it is the one I got it is not a winning notification it is just something trying to get you to enter.

If you received it in the mail first class without having to sign for it, probably is not a win.

Beware of scammers. PCH will never call or send a notice that you won a large prize. If you win $10,000 or more, PCH will most likely show up at your door with the check. Winnings under $10k will be mailed to you in a check with an invoice. If you win $600 or more in a year, they will mail you an affidavit that you will need to get notarized before they cut that check. And don't forget you have to report it at tax time too. I won $2460 total last year. This year I'm at $5 so far
