Finally got my Prize won on Sep 16 2007! I started writing letters on Nov 1st because I had not received my prize yet. I wrote 7 letters each one containing my winning Confirmation # witch I had saved on my Desktop, to this day it still comes up with the 2 Bagels in the toaster and continues on to the next page saying you are the Winner of a luxurious Bathrobe and Slippers. I wrote 6 tactful letters and got not even the courtesy of a reply. The last letter I wrote on Dec 29 I got a little nasty and told them I would go out of my way to discredit not only them but their sister companys, Campbells and Swanson and lo and behold today comes the UPS Man with my bathrobe without the Slippers again without a reply. At the point of my last letter I wasn't even thinking about the Prize I was upset that they did not even take the time to reply to me, so much for Customer Service.

:sunny: Pepperidge Farms instant are known for being slow to send out prizes, but they aren't the only ones. I have waited as much as a year to get a prize. If you plan on sweeping and winning regular, you need to learn to be patient or you will blow a gasket!
That was a great prize! Congratulations!

Sometimes you need to read the rules carefully and you'll realize sponsors say they'll send prizes out 8-10 weeks AFTER THE END of the sweepstakes. Since some sweeps can run months or even a year it's not unusual to have to wait a long time. Patience is key in this hobby! Also regarding your letters, if you sent emails you may have sent them to an inbox that isn't monitored. Often times the address that emails you is a computer doing it automatically and so no human ever checks to see if the address receives any mail. If you were sending "snail mail" it's possible/probable that you weren't sending it to the right place to get a response. There are often many companies involved in sweeps (a sponsor or several, the promotion company and sometimes a separate prize fulfillment company) so you letters probably weren't sent to a place that knew what to do about your problem. Yes it's rude for no one to respond but it's not surprising.

I'm glad you finally got your prize though!

congrats on the win. Im happy ya got it. As others have said it can take a long time to get a prize. My very first win, a superman puzzle, took almost 10 months to get to me.
