Participants entering this Promotion via text message may incur astandard text message and data charge from their wireless service provider for each message sent and received. Check with yourwireless service provider for details on these and any other applicable changes. You are solely responsible for any such wirelesscharges. Not all wireless carriers participate.

b. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY Online Entry: Visit Brisk Hobbs & Shaw Sweepstakes (the “Website”) during thePromotion Period and follow the instructions to participate in the Promotion.

On the landing page of the Website, you will click the ENTER button (the “Participant(s)”) to learn if you are an Instant WinPrize winner or not. Once you enter, if you are not an Instant Win Prize winner, you will only receive the “BRISK Hobbs &Shaw Behind the Scenes” content. If your game play is an Instant Win Prize winning game play for either a Fandango PromoCode or a the three-pack bundle of Brisk Hobbs & Shaw cans (the “Instant Prize winner”), you will be asked to fill out theregistration form and then you will receive your Fandango Promo Code* or a three-pack bundle of Brisk Hobbs & Shaw cans, asapplicable. Allow seven to ten (7-10) days to receive your Fandango Promo Code at the e-mail address provided when youregistered and three to six (3-6) weeks to receive the three-pack bundle of Brisk Hobbs & Shaw cans by mail at the addressprovided when you registered. Instant Win Prize winners must have a valid email address. Total value of all Instant Win First and Second Prizes: $23,000

The random seeding of winning game plays will be conducted by an independent judging agency whose decisions are final. Any remaining winning game plays that were not awarded during a Day during the Promotion Period will carry forward and be added to the subsequent game plays. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and Promotion Parties assume no responsibility or liability for (a) anyincorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or the Website or any combination thereof; (e) any injury or damage to Participant’s or to any other person's computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or download of any materials in the Promotion.
