Hope this i s real....will be my first big win!!
Worried about the affidavit, completed everything but after signing it there was supposed to be a finish but i was supposed to click but don't remember seeing it. It was from young america....anyone know how to contact them so i can check and make sure it was received. Has to be submitted by 12/17!
 
I would give them a phone call for sure! Once I called an administrator on the phone and they answered. Yet, another one I have had to call did not answer. SO it might have been them that answered the phone (sorry it was along time ago).

Oh WOW O wow! CONGRATULATIONS!!! You're soo very lucky to go to the Superbowl with tickets(I've got my hopes up for my team this year!)....I'm so happy for you!
 
Thanks....i did not format my SS number correctly once i fixed i was able to submit.....My first big win...$8650.00. Includes transportation, hotel, tickets and a little spending money!!!!!!

I tried this number 18005534529....it was no help. My affidavit has to be in bt tomorrow and i think there was a probem with it. I am in a pan I c as i do not want to loose my prize.
