Plus login problems

Hello all - I'm new to the site, so this may be something normal and I'm just not used to it yet. I don't ever log out of websites once I'm logged in and the same goes for this site, but for some reason, each time I come back to the site I'm only logged in to a free account instead of a plus account. At the top left of the main page where it says "Hello Staciebelle," I have to click on the "upgrade to Sweepstakes Plus" link everyday, which takes me to the comparison chart and then I click "login" and it refreshes and then I'm logged in to plus. Is this a normal thing I have to do everytime? Or is there a way to stay logged in to plus?

staciebelle - you show as a Junior Member not as a PLUS Member - maybe that's why?

Make sure you LOG OUT of SA [ Sweepstakes Online - Daily Contests - Sweepstakes Advantage ]

THEN clear cookies/temp files,

THEN LOGIN to PLUS [ Please login ] which goes to [ sweepstakesplus.com/index.php ]

*THEN, Make sure you watch; "Get Started Videos" [link located on left side on the home page} ; Please login
