Poland Spring-Sports Authority gift cards

Has anyone who played the Poland Springs game and won the Sports Authority cards received them yet?

I won at least one card in August and with the game over a while now, I still haven't received my gift cards.
 
Same here - I also won a gift card but have not heard anything yet.
My email notication after the instant win game said:
Verification and awarding of prizes will take place at the end of the Promotion Period.
Please allow 6-8 weeks following verification for delivery of prizes.
Hopefully we will hear something soon.
