Prayer Of The Day

Be blessed and be a blessing. Let's all bless others. Jesus himself said he was hear to serve. We should serve others. I am proud to serve others in the name of Jesus.
 
Matthew 11:28-30 (Amplified Bible)
28Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy-laden and overburdened, and I will cause you to rest. [I will [a]ease and relieve and refresh [c]your souls.]

29Take My yoke upon you and learn of Me, for I am gentle (meek) and humble (lowly) in heart, and you will find rest ([d]relief and ease and refreshment and [e]recreation and blessed quiet) for your souls.(A)

30For My yoke is wholesome (useful, [f]good--not harsh, hard, sharp, or pressing, but comfortable, gracious, and pleasant), and My burden is light and easy to be borne.
 
Cin, I wanted to tell you how much I enjoy reading here every day. I've been a member of SA for three years, but never had time to use it much. I am now retired for medical reasons and come here everyday! You have really brightened my day! May God bless you :)

Another day to share his love and be in his presence. Being a Christian is a choice I made a long time ago and it is the best choice I have ever made. Now I am a sinner saved by grace. I have to confess my sins and ask for forgiveness pretty often because I have a human nature behavior and there is no way I can earn my way into heaven. It is only through Jesus we can inherit the kingdom of God. Isn't that amazing. Now this does not give me permission to sin because once you receive the Holy Spirit he is your guide and you become a new creature. You want to live the right way and when you do sin you are quick to confess it and repent. Where would I be without his love? I'd be lost.
 
I am down in Louisiana again and I am trying to sell my second home. We have a mobile home down here but because my mother is so mean we are putting the trailer on the market. If you guys could say a prayer that it would sell and say a prayer for my mom. She needs it.
 
Dear heavenly Father, I pray that you bless Cindy at this time, and give her patience and understanding. That her trailer will sell quickly and easy. That her mother will turn to you and learn to be a loving and kind person. Help Cindy to remember to love the enemies as well as the loved ones, so she can receive her heavenly award. We stand in agreement that you can and will do these things for you daughter Cindy and bless her richly.
Love ya sister in Christ and will contunue to pray and think of you. Hang in there this to will pass.

I love the spring time. It just makes me think of what a small taste of heaven will be like. It reduces stress and is all around peaceful. I hope you can find your piece of heaven each day.
 
Lord we thank you always for all that you do in our lives. We know you are Lord of all and you will be watching over each of us. Your angels keep charge of us and they will place a hedge around us. Never be afraid of what man can do but fear the Lord for he is a righteous judge and he will judge this world. I will put my trust in him and I will have faith in all that he does. Amen.

God is so good and if you take the time to get to know him he will reveal himself to you. You will not regret asking him to come into your heart. He will open your eyes and you will become a new creation.

Our country needs prayer. We should pray that God will not turn his back on us. We need his protection today more than ever. A nation without God is a nation lost. I will always pray to him for this great nation which was founded under God. We must never forget where we came from and why we decided to leave. God bless America.
 
For anyone who is needing a hug I pray you get one today. For anyone who needs a kind word I pray you get one. For anyone who needs a smile from someone I pray you get one and I pray you do the same for someone out there needing the same things.
 
I pray everyone stays safe with all this crazy weather we are having these days. Blizards in Colorado and across the plains. Flooding up north. Tornados in the south. In the last days we shall see crazy weather patterns amoung other signs. It amazes me how accurate the Bible is.
 
Crazy weather again. Cold today and yesterday it was hot. Just a sign of the times. Lord keep us watching the signs and never grow weary.
 
I get the most revelation from the Lord at night so I really should be posting then. I started to think about how if at any time in my life I would ever deny him and the answer is absolutely no. Today we have the Holy Spirit in us where as the apostles did not. Jesus told Peter he would deny him 3 times the night he was brought before his accusers and he did. But they did not have the Holy Spirit with them yet and prophecy had to be fulfilled. Today if I were ever in a position where I had to choose to acknowledge Christ I would hope and pray that I would. I can say honestly right now I will never deny him.

Something else I thought about is if we as Christians say we serve the Lord how can we not talk about him all the time. I mean I can't not talk about him all the time. I am hopelessly and unconditionally in love with him so I can't keep quiet. Just like when we love someone on earth we are constantly talking about them it is the same thing. I just have to tell the world how good he is to me. God is so good and he loves me and I love him. Praise his holy name.
 
I hope and pray that your day will be a day of joy and peace. Life is a gift that we should embrace and enjoy it to the fullest extent. God's gift to each of us. Praise you Lord for all the gifts you give.
 
Don't be fooled by false teaching in these last days. In the last days many will say I am Jesus but it will be a lie. You will know them by their spirit. Check out what they are saying by reading scripture. We have to be very careful today and not be deceived by false teachings. There is only one Jesus and one God. He is the way and the only way. If you are reading your Bible and listening to the Holy Spirit you will have discernment to recognize when someone is not speaking whole truths. You may be getting a watered down version of Christianity. A laodaicean religion. A lukewarm teaching. He will spew you out of his mouth. Let us know the truth for it shall set you free.
