Prayer Of The Day

Matthew 7:21-27 "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven, Many will say to Me in that day,'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you, depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'
Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock.
"But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: and the rain descended the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house: and it fell, And great was its fall,"

Ephesians 5:1-
Therefore be imitators of God as dear children. And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma.
But fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as if fitting for saints, neither-filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor coarse jesting, which are not fitting but rather giving of thanks. For this you know that no fornicates, unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has my inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God. Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience. Therefore do not be partakers with them.

Sorry have not posted. Please asking everyone to pray for the welfare of 3 children who are immediate danger and dcfs really drops the ball. Drugs, threats, suicidal parents have custody back, I have tried all authorities and nothing about custody to be done for 3 more days, then will be returned to safe house hopefully. Please pray, if you are wondering why posted here, because I know our prayers together can fix this problem and save these children. I believe in faith that God can and will save these poor children and put all people who love them hearts at ease. We will pray together and show the wonderful glory and power of our Heavenly Father, In Jesus Christ name. Amen

So glad I checked in. Yes I agree with you in prayer tobby for the safety of these children. Sorry I don't reply any more. I don't enter sweeps now. Maybe soon I'll start entering them again. Thank you for taking the time to post here.

Colossians 1:24-29
I now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up in my flesh what is lacking in the afflictions of Christ, for the sake of His body, which is the church, of which I became a minister according to the stewardship from God which was given to me for you, to fulfill the word of God, the mystery which has been hidden from ages and from generations that now has been revealed to His saints. In them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. Him we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus. To this end I also labor, striving according to His working which works in me mighty.

thank you all for prayers God is so amazing and can change everything when things seem the darkest, children in safe place and still able to see parents, but safely, I was so concerned for them, but God is wonderful and took control and put them in a safe and healthy environment, and even made it where they are not upset and still able to see mom and dad allot. Praise God and all the glory to Him. Pray it works

1 Timothy 6:3-16
If anyone teaches otherwise and does not consent to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which accords with godliness, he is proud, knowing nothing, but is obsessed with disputes and arguments over words, from which come envy, strife, reviling, evil suspicions, useless wranglings of men of corrupt minds and destitute of the truth, who suppose that godliness is a means of gain. From such withdraw yourself.
Now godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content. But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
But you, O man of God, flee these things and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, gentleness. Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. I urge you in the sight of God who gives life to all things, and before Christ Jesus who witnessed the good confession before Pontius Pilate, that you keep this commandment without spot, blameless until our Lord Jesus Christ's appearing which He will manifest in His own time. He who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords, who alone has immorality, dwelling in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see, to whom be honor and everlasting power.
Amen

Luke 14:7-14
So He told a parable to those who were invited, when He noted how they choose the best places, saying to them: "When you are invited by anyone to a wedding feast, do not sit down in the best place, lest one more honorable than you be invited by him; and he who invited you and him come and say to you, 'Give place to this man,' and then you begin with shame to take the lowest place. But when you are invited, go and sit down in the lowest place, so that when he who invited you comes he may say to you,'Friend go up ;higher.' Then you will have glory in the presence of those who sit at the table with you. For whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted."
Then He also said to him who invited Him,"When you give a dinner of a supper,do not ask your friends, your brothers, your relatives, not rich neighbors, lest they also invite you back, and you be repaid. But when you give a feast, invite the poor, the mained, the lame, the blind.
And you will be blessed, because they cannot repay you: for you shall be repaid at the resurrection of the just."

1 Timothy 6:12
"Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses."

Our Father who are in heaven,
Hollowed be Thy name.
Thy kingdom come,Thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses.
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
Lead us not into temptation,
And deliver us from evil.
For Thine is the Kingship,
power, and glory forever.
In Jesus Christ name we pray.
Amen.

John 13:1-17
Now before the Feast of the Passover, when Jesus knew that His hour had come that He should depart from this world to the Father, having loved His own who were in the world, He loved them to the end.
And supper being ended, the devil having already put it into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon's son, to betray Him, Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all things into His hands, and that He had come from God and was going to God, rose from supper and laid aside His garments, took a towel and girded Himself. After that, He poured water into a basin and began to wash the disciples feet, and to wipe them with the towel with which He was girded. 'Then He came to Simon Peter. And Peter said to Him, "Lord, are You washing my feet?"
Jesus answered and said to him, "What I am doing you do not understand now, but you will know after this."
Peter said to Him, "You shall never wash my feet!"
Jesus answered him, "If I do not wash you, you have no part with Me."
Simon Peter said to Him, "Lord, not my feet only, but also my hands and my head!"
Jesus said to him,"He who is bathed needs only to wash his feet, but is completely clean, and your are clean, but not all of you." For He knew who would betray Him, therefore He said,"You are not all clean,"
So when He had washed their feet, taken His garments, and sat down again, He said to them, "Do you know what I have done to you? You call Me Teacher and Lord, and you say well, for so I am.
If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet. For I have given you an example, that you should do as I have done to you. Most assuredly, I say to you, a servant is not greater than his master; nor is he who is sent greater than he who sent him. I you knows these things blessed are you if you do them.

1Peter 2:11-17

Beloved, I beg you as sojourners and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts which war against the soul, having you conduct honorable among the
gentiles, that when they speak against you as evildoers, thy may m by your good works which they observe, glorify God in the day of visitation.
Therefore submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake whether to the king as supreme, or to governor, as to those who are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers and for the praise of those who do good. For this is the will of God, that by doing good you may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men--as free, yet not using liberty as a cloak for vice, but as bondservants of
god. Honor all people,Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the king.

Luke 7:11-16
Now it happened the day after, that He went into a city called Nain and many of His disciples went with Him, and a large crowd. And when He came near the gate of the city, behold a dead man was being carried out, the only son of his mother, and she was a widow. And a large crowd from the city was with her. When the Lord saw her, He had compassion on her and said to her, "Do not weep."
Then He came and touched the open coffin, and those who carried him stood still and He said, "Young man, I say to you, arise." So he who was dead sat up and began to speak. And He presented him to his mother.
Then fear came upon all, and they glorified God, saying, "A great prophet has risen up among us";and,
"God has visited His people."

The Weeping Willow

I was walking alone a lonely road and came upon a weeping willow tree. I noticed that the ground all around the tree was soaking wet. Now weeping willows can absorb a lot of water, so there must have been a great down pour to create such a condition. As I stood there and gazed upon the tree, I noticed that there was a steady stream of water coming from the leaves, yet the sky was as blue as could be and not a dark cloud to be found.

There was a sadness coming from the tree. It had spent a number of years weeping on the ground and then tried to use its own tears to nourish itself. Its roots had become rooted due to all the tears and its leaves were always hanging limp and lifeless. No matter how much the sun shined, it could never overcome all the water that the tree was releasing.

As sadness overcame me, I closed my eyes. All of a sudden there was a great wind. The wind was so powerful that it started to dry up the wet, soggy ground. The tree was still weeping, but the wind overcame the tears before they hit the ground and got into the root system. Although I only had closed my eyes for a moment, it seemed like the vision lasted for days. As the ground dried out, I noticed that there was less and less water dripping from the tree. Finally, the leaves started to look alive again. The ground was dry and I even noticed some new branches being formed. Then I opened my eyes, only to see that nothing had changed.

The vision I saw was the hope for the weeping willow. At the moment a great sadness came over me. You see I was standing on the road and it was dry. I couldn't help but think, "What can I do"? Should I try to try and convince the tree to stop weeping. It had been told since it was born that it is a weeping willow. Should I try and dry the ground where it is planted, I have nothing that will do that. I closed my eyes again asked God to send His mighty Wind and dry the ground.

As I stood there praying with my eyes closed, I saw His mighty Wind catch the tears that were falling from the weeping willow and take them upward. He was taking all the sadness from that tree upon Himself. The ground started to dry out and after it had dried, the roots got stronger and the weeping willow stopped weeping.

I asked God why he had let the tree live in such a terrible condition for all those years and He replied, "The weeping willow never asked for my help". He said that He was just waiting for someone to come by and have enough compassion to ask for the weeping willow. God told me that I didn't have to know how to fix the problem; I just needed to have compassion and ask the One who could fix the problem.

I opened my eyes, saw a restored tree, and continued down the road.

Thessalonians 3:6-15
But we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you withdraw from every brother who walks disorderly and not according to the tradition which he received from us. For you yourselves know how you ought to follow us, for we were not disorderly among you; nor did we eat any one's bread free of charge, but worked with labor and toil night and day, that we might not be a burden to any of you, not because we do not have authority, but to make ourselves an example of how you should follow us.
For even when we were with you, we commanded you this. If anyone will not work, neither shall he eat. For we hear that there are some who walk among you in a disorderly manner, not working at all, but are busybodies. Now those who are such we command and exhort through our Lord Jesus Christ that they work in quietness and eat their own bread.
But as for you, brethren, do not grow weary in doing good. And if anyone does not obey our word in this epistle, note that person and do not keep company with him, that he may be ashamed.
Yet do not count him as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother.

Ephesians 4:7-16
But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ's gift.
Therefore He says:
"When He ascended on high,
He led captivity captive,
And gave gifts to me."
(Now this,"He ascended"--what does it mean but that He also first descended into the lower parts of the earth? He who descended is also the One who ascended far above all the heavens, that He might fill all things.)
And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head--Christ--from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.

sorry have not been posting regular, have 3 children again, so have to get back with it.
I have not been a mommy for allot of years, and taking me awhile to get everything organized, but with Gods help will get there.
1 John 3:4-9
Whoever commits sin also commits lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness. And you know that He was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin. Whoever abides in Him does not sin. Whoever sins has neither seen Him nor known Him.
Little children let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous just as He is righteous. He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, the He might destroy the works of the devil. whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God.

Romans 15:1-6
We then who are strong ought to bear with the scruples of the weak, and not please ourselves. Let each of us please his neighbor for his good, leading to edification. For even Christ did not please Himself; but as it is written, "The reproaches of those who reproached You fell on Me." For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope.
Now may the God of patience and comfort grant you to be like minded toward one another, according to Christ Jesus that you may with one mind and one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

James 4:1-6
Where do wars and fights come from among you? Do they not come from your desires for pleasure that war in your members? You lust and do not have. You murder and covet and cannot obtain. You fight and war. Yet you do not have because you do not ask. You ask and do not receive, because you ask amiss, that you may spend it on your pleasures.
Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. Or do you think that the Scripture says in vain, "The Spirit who dwells in us yearns jealously"?
But He gives more grace. Therefore He says:
"God resists the proud,
But gives grace to the humble."

Jude 1:5-11
But I want to remind you, though you once knew this, that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed those who did not believe. And the angels who did not keep their proper domain, but left their own abode, He has reserved in everlasting chains under darkness for the judgment of the great day; as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities around them in a similar manner to these, having given themselves over to sexual immorality and gone after strange flesh, are set forth as an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
Likewise also these dreamers defile the flesh, reject authority, and speak evil of dignitaries. Yet Michael the archangel, in contending with the devil, when he disputed about the body of Moses, dared not bring against him a reviling accusation, but said, "the Lord rebuke you!" But these speak evil of whatever they do not know; and whatever they know naturally, like brute beasts, in these things they corrupt themselves. Woe to them! For they have gone in the way of Cain, have run greedily in the error of Balaam for profit, and perished in the rebellion of Korah.
