Prayer Of The Day

Peter 5:8-9
Be of sober spirit, be on the alert. Your adversary, the devil, prowls about like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. But resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same experiences of suffering are being accompanied by your brethren who are in the world.


We sometimes think we are alone in our suffering, but remember others are going through or have gone through the same thing, and if we rely on the Lord we will come through in better shape then we started in. Rely on God and all will take care of itself.
 
Even when we are not 100% we must praise our Lord and thank him for all that he does. If we give in and give up then Satan can try to tear us down. I made a commitment to pray on my knees for a certain amount of time and what happens? I hurt my back but guess what I get on my knees every day. You loose Satan, praise God.
 
Ps.55:22
Cast your burden upon the Lord, and He will sustain you;
He will never allow the righteous to be shaken.

I have been visiting my Grandson and oh my gosh what a blessing grandkids are. Our Father knows exactly what we need and when we need it. This child has filled an empty space in my life like no other gift. There are no words to describe how much a baby fills your heart with overflowing love. Thank you Lord Jesus for this blessing.
 
Prayer is such an important part of our Christian walk. It gets us closer to God and it allows us to grow our faith. If anyone needs prayer let me know. I would love to pray with you. Be blessed and be a blessing.
 
Christ sent the Comforter to us so that he would guide us and teach us. Listen to that Spirit at all times. He lives in us for a reason. I thank God for the Holy Spirit.
 
God is so good so never feel like you are alone. We are all in his hands. He hears our prayers and he will answer. I believe when you are facing a crisis he does it so that you can spend time with him. He wants us to go to him with our problems. Run to him every time he is waiting.
 
1Pet.3:8-12
Let him who means to love life and see good days refrain his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking guile. And let him turn away from evil and do good, let him seek peace and pursue it. For the eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears attend to their prayer, but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.
 
I could look for a quote to write that might inspire me but I would rather listen to what the Holy Spirit is speaking. Sometimes he speaks to me very clearly and other times it's through the Bible. Sometimes it is through others.Today I am hearing always think of others before yourself. That's pretty good encouragement if you ask me. God bless
 
Lately I have been feeling the need to make all things right. I guess the Lord is preparing me for something. In any case if you have wronged anyone do the right thing and ask for forgiveness. When I am in heaven I will know I have no unfinished bussiness left behind. God bless
 
Another day, another day to worship and serve the Lord. Look for those times to serve. Let the Holy Spirit lead you in ways to glorify God. That little tug on your heart. that small voice. It's his way of telling you what you know in your spirit you should do. God bless everyone.
 
1 Peter 4:7-11
But the end of all things is at hand; therefore be serious and watchful in your prayers. And above all things have fervent love for one another, for "love will cover a multitude of sins". Be hospitable to one another without grumbling. As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracle's of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified though Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen
 
When I think about JESUS (which is pretty much all the time) I just feel home sick. It's a longing to be with him and to spend time with my best friend. We don't belong in this world if we know Christ. This place is not my home. There is no better feeling than having a friend like Jesus.
 
I may not spend as much time as I used to here but my mind is on Jesus all the time. Every decision I make is with him in the center. Please put him first above all things in your life. God bless.
 
It's a beautiful day just as every day is with Christ. He's the first person on my mind in the morning and the last one at night. It's great to be in love. Yes I can compare my relationship with Jesus to a worldly one but this relationship lasts forever. I hope everyone falls in love with Christ.
 
I pray for all who have not received the free gift of salvation. God'd desire is that all should be saved. What that says to me is he is waiting patiently for everyone to come to him. How beautiful that a Father is waiting for his children to come home.
 
Thank the Lord for everything in your life. The good and bad because if we trust him then we know it will all work out in the end. Make a point of trusting him. Say it out loud and say it often. We must trust in him for everything. Be blessed and be a blessing.
