Priority Rewards points (Holiday Inn)

I received an email that I won Priority Rewards points for Holiday Inn equal to one night. I had to fill out a form that does not allow P.O. Boxes. I gave them my street address with my town and zip and they say it is not valid. Well, it isn't for US mail, but it is for FedEx and UPS, so I have contacted ePrize (as I was instructed to on the form if the address wasn't accepted) and am waiting to hear back. Dh and I have to visit my parents quite often and those hotel nights are killing us. This will be such a blessing for us.

I just got an email from them telling me that they would update my address to include my PO Box but then they also said, "be aware there could be complications when fulfilling your prize." Here's to hoping for no complications!
