Problem with Honey Nut Cheerio's Anyone have the same problem?

I got the winning message that I won $5 (my first, I know it's only $5 but was excited non the less!) and never received the confirmation email. I have no blocks on my emails and then went back to the site to send an email to explain my problem. I then received the automated respose that says I'll get an answer from them in 3 business days and that was almost 2 weeks ago. What do I do?

did they give you a reference #? if so send off another email referencing that number.

What do the rules say??? do they say all wins will be varified via email notification???

Don't worry I won this the max of 10 times. On 6 of the wins did not receive email but have received all 10 checks.

Yes, I sent a total of 4 emails and I've check the spam folder. Maybe it is on it's way and I'm just being impatient since it's my first win. Today I won a book in the myshelf/have you heard contest and was very excited! (A.Randazzo, FL) They said that is in the mail on the way! My husband said "big deal, a book, but I was completely excited because I just know that as many times as I've entered things, I'm bound to win something big! Thanks for the replies :)
 
I wouldn't worry too much about the e-mail. I also won the maximum 10 times, and although I didn't get a confirming e-mail every time, I did get all 10 checks. That is a great instant game - thanks SA!
